Help me identify

I was taking some pictures at the Tualatin River Wildlife Refuge and when looking closely, I noticed a bird that I didn't recognize and isn't listed in the "Birds of Tualatin River NWR" list. My bird book would tell me it is a Tuffed Duck, but is it?

Buffelhead and Northern Shoveler - Chevron

I was filling up yesterday and noticed a Buffelhead diving behind the Chevron station on Tualatin Sherwood road. I rushed home to grab my camera and to my delight, there were a few Northern Shovelers there as well.
